you touch everything."

Our mission at Balanced Being is to provide patients with an integrated and holistic approach to healing through looking at the whole person—his body, mind, emotions, and environment. By promoting self-care through the traditional essentials of exercise, healthful diet, adequate sleep, and supporting the body with holistic therapies the body can reach its highest potential of health and wellness.
Alexis Hileman M.Om., L.Ac., founded Balanced Being in 2016 in order to bring holistic care to Excelsior and it's surrounding communities. At Balanced Being we consider each patient individually in order to determine a series of treatments that will support and encourage each individual body to heal itself. What People Say
Alexis is a true professional offering a comfortable experience. She is very knowledgeable in her craft and I have never walked away without being completely satisfied with the care I received, either alleviating pain in my knees or any other injuries. I highly recommend her for your wellness needs!
I really look forward to my acupuncture appointments with Alexis. She worked wonders on my headaches, so much so that I don't get them any more. She is wonderful to work with and is open to customizing appointments with supplemental treatments such as cupping and craniosacral therapy. Her office is very relaxing and comfortable. If you are looking for acupuncture, I highly recommend Alexis!
Alexis helped me with my menopause symptoms and insomnia during a time when I was having night sweats practically every 30 minutes and numerous hot flashes during the day. After 5 sessions my hot flashes and night sweats were completely gone and I started sleeping better than I had in the last ten years. Definitely recommend acupuncture with Alexis!
